The Forest offers global wholefood cuisine; your naturally healthy alternative - both delicious and nutritious. We make an effort to source organic ingredients and all our food is free of animal product (vegan).

We are equipped to cater for both large and small functions, events, birthdays, conferences and office parties etc. We can also arrange supply of ‘organic’ beer, wine & spirits for corporate or public functions and events..

Catering packages are included but can also be tailored to suit your needs. We are happy to work with you to achieve the best result for your occasion. We look forward to hearing from you soon.


PLATTERS
All platters are nibbles for approx. 6 - 8 people.
($40 each)

Middle Eastern Platter
Dolmades, hummus, falafel,  tabouleh, pita bread olive oil and dukkah.

Asian Platter
Assorted sushi, tempura veg, rice paper wraps, shitake rice balls, inari, dipping sauce.

Antipasto Italian Platter
Bruscetta, kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes, atichoke hearts, pesto , olive bread.

Forest Platter
Savoury tartlets, polenta cakes, herbed tortilla crisps, dips n’ bread.

Fresh Fruit n' Nut Platter
Combo of seasonal fruit and gourmet nuts with carob fruit balls and maple cream.

Sweets platter
Combo of danishes, cookies, muffins, friands, tarts, cakes and fruit balls.

Large platter with mixture from each.

Sandwich Platters
Using a combination of :
Breads:
Panins, low gi sandwich bread, tomato and herb wraps, olive bread, pumpkin and chive sourdough. 
And Ingredients: 
Shaved tempeh, mesclun, tomato, aioli, and salad sprouts.
Roasted sweet potato, pesto, sun-dried tomatos, olives, and rocket.
Hummus, baby spinach, beetroot, falafel.

A delicious combination of apple and berry in a dense almond meal based shortcake topped w/ berry cooles, toffeed  apples and a dusting of icing sugar
